WORKS / CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT + IMPLEMENTATION

Developed as a new brand for Shinsegae SVN. To execute the “Sugar & Spice Wonderland” concept, we collaborated with Patissier Motohashi for the pastry and SVN R&D for the bread, frozen yoghurt and shaved ice MD. Marei’s first retail project involved an exten-sive MD, BI and VMD program. The signature sugar craft wedding cakes and icing cookie tower add whimsy to the white-on-white interior. The showcases were custom built and shipped from Japan.
