ASTANA GARDEN

Built atop a sunny hill in the suburban Tama Center region, astana garden’s menu concept is based on French cuisine cooked with ecologically sound materials. Local produce is used whenever possible, along with herbs and vegetables homegrown in the restaurant’s vegetable patch. Also serves as a forum for the local community through weekend events such as organic wine tasting events and jazz performances. A network of local producers with a goal to inspire one another to take care of their land for future generations is in the planning.
